Documalis Free Basket is an automated system of file transfer baskets for Windows, simple and user-friendly, akin to Microsoft Office 2007. PDF prints, files or complete tree diagrams can be transferred by FTP protocols, email or network copy, as background task, with automatic retrieval when a connection is available.
Uses
To transfer a file, simply drag it from the desktop or Windows explorer into one of the baskets. To hide them from the screen, send the mouse to the top right corner or pass above the icon in the Tray Bar. The Documalis baskets do not crowd the Windows desktop and they hide between 5 and 30 seconds, transfers go on as background tasks.
Follow-up of operation
It is possible to configure the speed of a transfer in the network and by FTP in order not to overload the band width available for other applications; the system restarts automatically in case of error transfer or connection failure, as soon as it is restored. A log of all files transferred can be consulted at any time.
